Working with Locally Twisted

These terms explain how bookings, orders, payments, cancellations, and service areas work for Locally Twisted.

Quotes, orders, and booking

Submitting a form does not lock in an event date. Your booking is confirmed when Locally Twisted accepts the job and the required payment or deposit is complete.
Custom decor, face painting, and balloon twisting are scheduled based on availability, event details, location, and scope.
For jobs that require a contract, payment of the invoice is treated as acceptance of the booking terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Event balloon decor

Custom event balloon decor is quote-led and scheduled based on event scope, location, access, timing, and availability.
Personal balloon decor is paid in full before preparation begins unless Locally Twisted agrees otherwise in writing.

Balloon decor and live event services are temporary and can be affected by weather, heat, cold, wind, sunlight, altitude, venue conditions, handling, intended use, guest interaction, interference, third-party movement, and changes after setup.
Unless you opt out in writing before or during the event, Locally Twisted may use event photos/video taken by our staff or representatives, and public photos, reviews, or social posts about the event that we can access, for our website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and marketing.

Ready-to-order pickup and delivery

Ready-to-order checkout supports free pickup requests, $15 Standard Delivery in the local delivery zone, and $50 Park City Delivery for ZIP codes 84060, 84068, and 84098. If your delivery address is outside the current standard zones, delivery is available for quote and checkout will collect your cart as a quote request instead of taking payment.

Pickup dates, delivery dates, and 30-minute windows are requests until Locally Twisted confirms them. If we cannot complete pickup, delivery, or setup because the on-site contact cannot be reached or the access information is wrong, you remain responsible for the order and delivery charges.

Ready-to-order balloon products are not returnable once they are prepared, delivered, or picked up. If a delivered product arrives damaged, contact us the same day so we can review it.

Face painting and balloon twisting

A $50 per artist deposit is due when you book after availability and scope are confirmed.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event unless Locally Twisted agrees otherwise in writing.
Outdoor artist services require suitable event conditions. Shade is required for outdoor face painting and balloon twisting.
Event timing, number of artists, start/end times, and any location-specific needs are confirmed during quoting.

Corporate invoicing

Corporate clients do not pay a deposit unless Locally Twisted agrees otherwise for a specific job.
Corporate and institutional clients are invoiced Net 30 after the event unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If a corporate invoice goes unpaid past Net 30, we may add a 10% simple late fee on the original balance. We may waive this case by case at company discretion.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

Cancellation and refund rules are posted on our Refund Policy. If a deposit transfers to a new event date, the new date must be within 6 months of the original event date.

Outdoor events and weather

The client decides whether to cancel for weather. If weather affects an event once we are already setting up or running the service, we do not issue partial refunds for the time or setup already committed.

Client responsibilities

Please provide accurate event details, a reachable on-site contact, reasonable venue access, and any access notes we need for parking, loading, setup, or service timing. Details vary by event and may be confirmed during quoting.

Temporary materials and event conditions

Balloon decor and live event services are temporary and can be affected by weather, heat, cold, wind, sunlight, altitude, indoor and outdoor venue conditions, handling, intended use, guest interaction, interference, third-party movement, and changes made after setup. We will plan around the details you give us, but those conditions can affect how long decor lasts and how a service performs.

Photos and inspiration images

Inspiration photos you upload are used to plan your event. Unless you opt out in writing before or during the event, Locally Twisted may use photos or video taken by Locally Twisted staff or representatives, and public photos, reviews, or social posts about the event that we can access, for our website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and marketing.

Website use

Please use this site for normal customer inquiries, bookings, orders, and account activity. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site in a way that disrupts service for others.
